April 30, 2026 edition of TNA iMPACT!, as Jeff Hardy overcame supernatural interference to open the night, Mustafa Ali solidified his championship reign, and the reinstatement of Director of Authority Santino Marella alongside Indi Hartwell reshaped the landscape with several high-stakes matches announced for the weeks ahead.

Jeff Hardy defeated Vincent

The show opened with Jeff Hardy defeating Vincent in a bizarre and chaotic match. With both Matt Hardy and Dutch banned from ringside, the arena lights went out mid-match. When they came back on, Matt Hardy appeared in the ring, calling for Vincent to be “deleted.” Another blackout followed, and when visibility returned, Jeff was perched on the top rope. He capitalized with a Swanton Bomb to secure the win.


Gia Miller interviewed Frankie Kazarian, who expressed confidence heading into the Walk With Elias Match, noting his history of success in new match types.

TNA International Championship | Mustafa Ali (c) defeated Adam Brooks

Mustafa Ali retained the TNA International Championship against Adam Brooks. After the match, TNA President Carlos Silva officially presented Ali with the championship, solidifying his reign.


Eric Young cut a promo stating that while EC3 hasn’t changed, he himself has evolved into something more “pure, real, and violent.” He challenged EC3 to an “anything goes” match next week.

Mara Sadé, Rosemary & Allie defeated Tessa Blanchard, Mila Moore & Victoria Crawford

In six-woman tag action, Mara Sadé, Rosemary, and Allie picked up the win over Tessa Blanchard, Mila Moore, and Victoria Crawford.

Director of Authority Santino Marella announced he has been cleared of all charges and is no longer suspended. He revealed Indi Hartwell as the key witness who helped reinstate him.


Indi Hartwell confirmed she is also no longer suspended. She stated she has unfinished business with Arianna Grace and plans to go after her, with or without the title.


Mike Santana spoke about representing TNA, but was interrupted by Nic Nemeth, who vowed to win the tag team titles and eventually the world championship, leaving Santana behind.


Daria Rae warned Indi Hartwell about her contract status and advised caution. After Rae left, Hartwell made a mysterious phone call.

Mr. Elegance defeated The Home Town Man

Introduced as a “real-life Greek god,” Mr. Elegance defeated The Home Town Man. Ash by Elegance attempted a distraction, kissing The Home Town Man’s mask before wearing it, helping secure the win.


Mara Sadé and Allie celebrated their earlier victory, but Rosemary warned that their work isn’t finished yet.


Initially reluctant about her Knockouts Title opportunity, Lei Ying Lee said she wanted to go home. Tommy Dreamer encouraged her, reminding her of her strength. Lee ultimately changed her mind and vowed to win.


Leon Slater spoke about becoming the longest-reigning X-Division Champion and addressed Cedric Alexander, offering him another match. Alexander fired back, calling Slater a “fake champion” and setting a match in two weeks.

Moments later, The System (Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers, Bear Bronson) attacked Slater, but Moose made the save.


Ryan Nemeth expressed jealousy over Nic Nemeth’s title opportunity while speaking with AJ Francis, who dismissed the family drama and showed interest in KC Navarro.


Main Event: Elijah def. Frankie Kazarian – Walk With Elias Match

In the main event, Elijah defeated Frankie Kazarian in the Walk With Elias Match, closing the show despite Kazarian’s earlier confidence.
