Match One

Six Man Tag Team Match:

OTM and Mike Santana Defeated Darkstate Via Pinfall

Darkstate tried to use their tag team unison in the opening moments of this match, but OTM and Santana used brute force to shut down any momentum the former tag team champions tried to gain. After Santana almost won with a frog splash, all of Darkstate sent him crashing to the mat with a triple powerbomb for a near fall of their own, giving them the best chance of victory they had up until this point. In the end, Shugars was blasted with a massive clothesline from Santana and then slammed by both members of OTM, giving the fan favorite trio the win.

Match Two

NXT Tag Team Championship Number One Contendership Tournament Finals:

Los Americanos Defeated Birthright (Stacks and Uriah Conners With Charlie Dempsey, Ariana Grace and Lexis King) Via Pinfall

Los Americanos flew over the top rope and took out their opponents before the match began. Once the match officially started, they continued their momentum, singling out Connors. After the Americanos had some fun with Arianna Grace, Stacks came in and ran through both masked luchadors. El Grande Americano came out to distract the official, allowing Bravo to load his mask and hit Conners with a running headbutt, making them the new number one contenders for the NXT tag team championship. Los Americanos will take on champions The Vanity Project this Saturday at Stand and Deliver.

Match Three:

Jaida Parker Defeated ‘The Stand Out’ Kelani Jordan Via Pinfall

Once the bell sounded, Jordan tried to disrespect Miss Parker, but would be overpowered for her actions. Before long Kelani tied Parker up in the ring skirt and sent her opponent shoulder first into the steel ring steps, giving the ‘Stand Out’ a target to attack throughout the rest of the match. Parker got some revenge hitting Jordan with a German suplex from the top rope, a running hip attack and finally dropping her with the ‘Deja Vu’ to pick up the hard earned victory.

All four men who are competing for the NXT Championship (Tony D’Angelo, Ricky Saints. Ethan Page and Joe Hendry) met in the ring to sign the contract for Stand and Deliver. Unsurprisingly, a fight broke out with Saints and Hendry being sent through a table.

Match Four

With Special Guest Referee Josh Briggs:

Keanu Carver Defeated ‘The Monster’ Jasper Troy Via Pinfall

Carver went right after Jasper, hitting him with a stiff forearm and sending him into the steel steps before he was even able to enter the ring. Once the match started, the two super heavyweights battled before Carver choked out a fan and then focused his attention on Booker T, allowing Troy to send him crashing through the announce table. After not being able to put Keanu away, Troy went after Briggs, but would be booted in the face for his actions. Keanu took advantage of the unintentional assist and dropped Jasper with a powerslam for the victory.

After the match, Carver wanted his arm raised a second time, but would be clotheslined by Josh Briggs instead.

Backstage, NXT Speed Champion Elio Lefleur told his friends that he will be out for around six months and is forced to relinquish the championship. Elio added that interim GM Stone has arranged a tournament to crown a new champion starting next week.

NXT Women’s North American Champion Tatum Paxley came to the ring to either retrieve her title or fight Blake Monroe. After refusing to hand over the title, Monroe was offered the chance to compete at the biggest show of the year; Stand Deliver. The two had a tug of war over the belt  and began fighting, with Paxley getting the better of her challenger. Monroe was barely able to escape with Tatum’s championship belt.

Backstage, interim GM Stone announced that on the countdown show before Stand and Deliver Birthright will face Hank and Tank, Shiloh Hill, Eli Knight and Wren Sinclair in a ten person mixed tag team match. Keanu interrupted the announcement to demand a triple threat match against Josh Briggs and Jasper Troy. Stone was interrupted a second time as Kelani was attacking Jaida Parker, beating her with a steel trash can.

Match Five

NXT Women’s Championship Number One Contendership Match:

Kendal Grey (With Wren Sinclair) Defeated Lola Vice Via Pinfall

The two women had a very technical exchange, each trying to lock in a submission. resulting in a virtual stalemate in the early moments of this high stakes contest. Vice landed a right hand to the midsection and a series of kicks before landing a running hip attack in the corner, giving her the most momentum she had in this match. Grey endured and dropped Vice with two German suplexes. Right as Grey was locked in the Guiletine and moments from passing out, she dug deep and dropped Vice with a Northern Lights Suplex and was declared the winner.

After the match, another official came out and said that Grey had tapped out while the referee was counting the pin. The show ended with WWE HOF’er Shawn Michaels coming out to figure out who will face Jayne on Saturday, at this time the Jayne’s challenger is unknown.
