NXT Show Results 3/10/26
The night kicked off with the new NXT Women’s Champion Tatum Paxley coming out to thank the fans for giving her the confidence and acceptance she needed to overcome her former best friend and become a champion. Unsurprisingly, Paxley’s celebration was interrupted by the former champion Izzi Dame who played a video of Paxley’s past failures, demanded the North American title be returned to her and then dropped Tatum with a powerbomb. Paxley would pursue Dame the rest of the evening.
Match One
Triple Threat Match:
Eli Knight and Sean Legacy Defeated Jasper Troy Via Pinfall
Knight and Legacy tried to double team Troy, but their efforts would barely phase the monster. After receiving multiple superkicks that knocked him out of the ring, Jasper was put through the announce table by Keanu Carver. With Troy momentarily incapacitated, Legacy and Knight had a fast paced exchange with Sean getting the better of his opponent. Once Jasper Troy was able to recover, he would have a violent flurry but would eventually be hit with a consecutive 450 splash and moonsault where Knight covered his chest and Legacy grabbed his legs giving both men an unprecedented ‘double pin’ on Troy.
Match Two
Tag Team Match:
Lexis King and Uriah Connors (With Stacks and Arianna Grace) Defeated Charlie Dempsey and Tavion Heights Via Pinfall
Dempsey and Connors started off the match with a very technical exchange, showing off their wrestling skills. Once Heights was tagged in, the reunited NQCC proceeded to use their tag team cohesion to gain advantage over their opponents. The very hostile Connors used his aggression to punish the man he wanted to recruit; Charlie Dempsey. While the two teams brawled on the outside, WWE legends William Regal (Charlie’s father) and Fit Finnley (Connors’ father) came out. Seeing his father made everything King had been saying click and Charlie dropped Heights with a German suplex, sent him into the ring where Lexis would hit ‘The Coronation’ to win the match for his team.
After the match, Charlie joined the group and embraced his “birthright”.
In the ring, a very focused Tony D’Angelo revealed the second reason he returned to NXT; to win the NXT Championship.
Match Three:
Sol Ruca Defeated Lainey Reid (With Jacy Jayne and Fallon Henley) Via Pinfall
Ruca took early control over Reid, simply out wrestling her opponent and eventually managing to land a perfect moonsault on her. With help from Fatal Influence, Reid gained some much needed momentum and violently stomped Sol’s head into the mat. After a very competitive match, Sol snatched Laniey’s soul and picked up the victory.
Match Four
Wren Sinclair (With Kendal Grey) Defeated Thea Hail Via Submission
NXT Speed Championship Tournament Finals:
Even though the fast paced nature of the Speed Championship rules seemed tailor made for the spitfire Hail, Sinclair was able to lock in her ‘Final Wrench’ submission to become the new number one contender for the NXT Speed Championship.
With this victory, Wren will challenge Fallon Henley for the title next week.
Backstage, Interim GM Stone announced that starting next week there will be a tournament to crown number one contenders for the tag team championship where the winners will face the champions at Stand and Deliver.
In the parking lot, Paxley was finally able to get her hands on Izzi Dame and the two brawled viciously. After they were separated, Stone decided to let them settle their rivalry next week in a steel cage match for the North American championship.
Backstage, Stone announced that The Vanity Project and Jackson Drake will face Rio, Bravo and EL Grande Americano in a six man tag match next week.
Vic Joseph informed his commentary partner that next week, in his hometown, will be Booker T appreciation night,
Match Five
Tag Team Match:
Ethan Page and Ricky Saints Defeated Joe Hendry and Myles Borne Via Pinfall
The champions, Hendry and Borne, worked well as a team and took control of the early moments of the match. After Page was able to knock Borne down he called for Saints to give him the North American title. In a call back from Venage Day, Saints intentionally slid the belt with enough force it slid out of the ring, showing that the two were not on the same page. After a chaotic scene in which Saints was caught trying to hit Joe in the head with a title belt and his partner tagging himself in the match, Page hit his ‘Twisted Grin’ on Joe Hendry sending him face first onto his own title belt to pick up the victory for his team.
