NXT Show Results 3/3/26
The show kicked off with the new NXT North American Champion Myles Borne, who was welcomed by a chorus of “you deserve it” from the passionate fans. After delivering an impassioned speech, Myles was interrupted by former champion Ethan Page who demanded a rematch. Interim GM Stone made the match they both wanted right then and there even though both men were not dressed for competition.
Match One
NXT North American Championship Match:
Myles Borne (Champion) Defeated ‘All Ego’ Ethan Page Via Pinfall
Myles continued showing his more aggressive side in the early moments of the match, overwhelming his familiar rival. Despite having a fury of offense, including striking Borne with a leather belt, Page was never really able to find his footing at any point in the contest. Page’s humiliation reached new lows when he was eventually disrobbed. Ethan losing his pants provided Myles with the opportunity to hit Page in the head with his own shoe, land the ‘Borne Again’ and retain the North American Championship.
‘The Glamour’ Blake Monroe came out to the ring to call out the woman she will face at Venage Day; Jaida Parker. It would not take Miss Parker long to address Monroe’s words. Unsurprisingly the two spirited women began to fight, with Parker holding the ring.
Backstage, former Speed Champion Jasper Troy challenged Eli Knight and the new Speed Champion Elio Lefleur to a triple threat match for the title next week.
Match Two
Women’s NXT Speed Championship Tournament Match:
Wren Sinclair (With Kendel Grey) Defeated Nikkita Lyons Via Submission
The two mismatched opponents battled in a speed vs power contest where each showed why they were worthy of being in championship contention. Right as it seemed Nikkita was about to put Wren away, Sinclair reversed the momentum and dropped Lyons with a Belly to Back Suplex and locked in the ‘Final Wrench’ submission which forced Lyons to tap out.
Wren Sinclair will face Thea Hail next week in the tournament’s finals and the winner will challenge Fallon Henley for the Women’s NXT Speed Championship.
A video played showing Kelani Jordan being trained by former MMA fighter Shayna Baszler for her upcoming Underground match against Lola Vice.
Match Three
Six Man Tag Team Match:
Shiloh Hill and Hank and Tank Defeated The Vanity Project and Jackson Drake Via Pinfall
The Vanity Project and Drake attacked their opponents from behind before the match started, causing a massive brawl that took several security guards to break up. The larger team of Hank, Tank and Hill used their size advantage to take control of the early moments of the match, often throwing the Vanity Project members around the ring. In a very clever move, Baylor and Smokes used the ring’s steel steps to pin Tank against the apron. This maneuver allowed Drake to drop kick Tank in the back of the head and gain their team the biggest advantage they had so far in the match. In the end, Hank hit Jackson with a ‘Bossman Slam’, the former tag team champions then squashed him before Hill flattened him with a spear to pick up the victory.
A visibly distraught Blake Monroe stood on the announce table and made her upcoming match with Jaida Parker a street fight. This drew out Parker and the two continued fighting, before many members of the locker room and officials broke it up.
Backstage, it was revealed that Tony D’Angelo took out Darkstate member Osiris Griffin. The group’s leader Dion Lennox stormed off vowing to “handle this”.
Backstage, we see Lola Vice meeting with her doctor who advised her to not take the underground match and give her injured hand time to heal. Vice told her doctor she needed to have this match and signed paperwork saying she understands the risk she’s taking.
In the ring, Dion Lennox called out Tony D’Angelo. The former Don, armed with his signature crowbar, declined to fight tonight but vowed to take out Lennox at Vengeance Day for destroying his family.
Match Four
NXT Women’s Championship Match:
Jacy Jayne (Champion, With Fatal Influence) Versus Zaria Ended In A No Contest
As the bell sounded, Jayne attacked a momentarily distracted Zaria, but would be overpowered by the very angry challenger. After being outmatched physically, Fatal Influence helped the champ by using their numbers advantage to send Zaria crashing into the steel steps, which allowed Jayne to hit the stunned powerhouse with a massive cannonball. Right in the middle of a very hard hitting match, Sol Ruca came out and delivered a ‘Sol Snatcher’ to both women at the same time forcing the official to declare this match a no contest.
After the match, Sol raised the NXT Women’s Championship and mocked both Jayne and Zaria, showing both her championship aspirations and a more aggressive side than has been previously seen.
The show ended with Ricky Saints giving the NXT audience the “Absolute Experience” concert where the arrogant former champion mocked Joe Hendry. Fortunately for fans who were not enjoying what they were hearing, Hendry attacked Saints and hit him with a guitar. This attack brought out Ricky’s friends, The Vanity Project who beat down Joe four on one. Myles Borne helped out Joe Hendry and the two champions held the ring.
