WVWF ‘Love and War’ Show Results

 2.21.2026

By: Courtney Wood

The night kicked off with the WVWF Hybrid Champion and USWA Universal Champion Tau-Fua apologizing for what happened to ‘The Fabulous’ Phoebe Harper, reiterating that it was the ‘Miti Leaga’ that caused the incident. Tau-Fua  went on to ask “his friend” Godrick Sandwell to come out, assuring the gentleman that he had left the mask at home. Sandwell entered the ring with purpose, to find out “what was going on with his mind”. Tau-Fua explained that the mask finds him “weak and unable to win the big one” then offered Sandwell the opportunity to face him for both titles. This offer forced Sandwell to his knees and caused him to laugh uncontrollably before declining to compete for the championships as he only wanted Tau-Fua…or something worse(?).

Match One

Non Title Contest:

‘The Gentleman Of Exquisite Caliber’ Godrick Sandwell Defeated King Tau-Fua Via Pinfall

Sandwell struggled with ‘the whispers’ during the early moments of this match, seemingly being tortured by them insisting that the mask was near. This incensed the normally reserved Sandwell  and caused him (or motivated him) to overwhelm Tau-Fua. The King was hesitant to hurt Sandwell at first, but eventually would be forced to do so. For the next several moments the two battled, throwing everything they had at one another. Shockingly a figure wearing Tau-Fua’s mask and one of Godrick’s signature coats appeared and distracted Tau-Fua. This figure, soon revealed to be the returning Phoebe Harper, saved Sandwell and allowed her ‘Stars Align’ partner to send Tau-Fua face first into a well placed steel chair, roll him up and pin the double champion.

After the match, Harper, whose dark face paint and unhinged demeanor showed signs of Tau-Fua’s influence, snapped and repeatedly hit the man who injured her with a steel chair. Godrick disarmed the crazed Harper and apologized for what happened to her. Phoebe laughed maniacally and then yelled ‘this is all I’ve ever needed”. Those words frightened Sandwell as he more than most understood what they meant.

MMW wrestler Lilith Locke came out to see who she would be facing as her scheduled opponent was not available to compete tonight. Locke was interrupted by Brock Hudson, who apologized about this situation and informed everyone that the MMW championship had been vacated. Before long, MMW GM Nikki Rose decided to make a match between Lilith and Brock.

Match Two

MMW Championship Match:

Lilith Locke Defeated Brock Hudson Via Finfall

As soon as the match started, Locke attacked Hudson, choking and striking rapidly until the official was forced to pull her off of him. After being abused, Brock fought back eventually throwing her to the mat and kicking her straight in the spine. In the end, Lilth kicked Brock in the midsection and dropped him with an ‘X Factor’ to become the new MMW Champion.

Match Three:

Wildcat Defeated Bear Claw Via Pinfall

The WVWF Hall of Famer immediately went after his opponent, and struck him repeatedly. The massive Bear Claw endured the onslaught and used his strength to throw Wildcat across the ring, managing to deliver a devastating body slam and leg drop for a very near fall. After a very competitive match, Wildcat struck Bear Claw below the belt and dropped him headfirst with a DDT to pick up the very hard earned victory.

WVWF Women’s Champion Rikku St. Helen entered the ring to see who would be answering her open challenge. To the champion’s surprise… and visible annoyance, Brittany Storm came out to proclaim she is on the top of the women’s division, raise her own championship gold high and strike her rival in the head. The two women proceeded to fight, forcing all WVWF security and officials as well as several members of the locker room to come out to separate them. Neither woman backed down as the fans chanted “LET THEM FIGHT”, ensuring this situation is far from over.

Match Four:

‘The Ram’ Anthony Drake Defeated ‘Blue Collar Beef’ Dax Preacher Via Pinfall

The two behemoths started off this match by battering each other; trying to knock the other down with neither one being able to do so. Beef opted to use underhanded tactics and choked his opponent… almost to the point of disqualification. Beef’s plan to hit Ram with his own weapon backfired as the official saw it and disarmed him. This momentary distraction allowed Ram to drop Preacher with a spear to win the match.

Match Five:

Collective Showcase:

‘Banana Man’ Lestat Versus Am-Po The Destoroyah Ended In A No Contest

After engaging in a friendly game of rock paper scissors, the two Collective members had a very competitive and technical exchange, showing how well they knew each other. Just as things were heating up, the match would be invaded by the team known as Future Shot who decided to attack the USWA tag team champions. This interference forced the official to declare the match a no contest.

Almost instantly, The Collective demanded a match with the men who ruined their match.

Match Six

USWA Tag Team Championship Match:

The Collective (Champions, ‘Banana Man’ Lestat and Am-Po The Destoroyah) Defeated Future Shot (Dakoda Orion and Flux) Via Pinfall

A fired up Banana Man flattened Flux, giving his team some retribution. Orion used his speed advantage to evade Am-Po, who proceeded to lock in a chicken wing and then hit him with a vicious chop. It would take some creative double team offense from Future Shot to take down Am-Po, as the duo targeted his leg giving them a lot of momentum and a few near falls. In the end, The Collective hit their ‘Static Shock’ finisher (a magic killer into a double elbow drop) on Flux to pick up the victory and remain USWA tag team champions.

James Enoch called out WVWF Heavyweight Champion Aaron James. The champion’s fellow Draw member Tony Sane came out to tell Enoch that he did not deserve a championship opportunity. Eventually Sane agreed to face the ‘Chemical Valley Gunslinger’ and if Enoch wins “MAYBE” Aaron James will give him a match.

Match Seven

Fatal Four Way For The WVWF Mountain State Championship:

Special Guest Referee: Dax Preacher

‘The Outlaw’ Nate Steel (Champion) Defeated Taxi, Josh Jade and Jebdiah Platinum Via Pinfall

Almost immediately Taxi super kicked Steel, but when Beef went to count the fall he intentionally acted like he did not know what to do and stopped counting; this would be a common strategy of Preacher’s throughout the entire match as he would intentionally cost many of the competitors the match by not completing pinfall attempts. Jade and Platinum had a very vicious fight on the outside that nearly took each man out of the match. At the height of chaos, an overhead light was broken, covering the ring and outside area in broken glass. While everyone was focused on what had just happened, Beef hit Josh Jade with a package pile driver, threw Nate Steel on top of him and made the count allowing Nate to remain Mountain State Champion.

Match Eight

Number One Contenders Match For The King Of The Mountain Championship:

‘Comeback King’ Ryan Steel Versus Michael Everything Ended In A Double Count Out

The two foes started this important match by exchanging chops, frankly torturing each other. The more experienced Steel took control, hitting Everything with a massive superplex for a near fall. Everything rebounded and eventually hit Ryan with a massive cannonball in the corner for a near fall of his own. Before long, things broke down into a fist fight where they hit each other so hard neither man was able to answer the official’s count. The referee was forced to declare this match a double count out.

Given the massive effort put forth by both men, WVWF GM Lovable Lester made the call to give both men a championship opportunity at the next WVWF event. On March 7th, there will be a triple threat match for the King Of The Mountain Championship involving Michael Everything, Nate Steel and the champion ‘Frat Boy’ Maverick.

Before the main event began, the all important question of who was going to be Bam’s partner needed to be answered. Right as Tony Sane laughingly said Bam was on his own, the ‘Prince Of Chaos’ Dae Jamison made his WVWF return, which caused the building to erupt.

Match Nine

Triple Threat Match For The WVWF Tag Team Championship:

Cease And Desist (Champions, Hype Man Dan Lasers and ‘The Rare Bird’ Chris Phoenix) Defeated The Draw (WVWF Heavyweight Champion ‘Chaos Incarnate’ Aaron James and Tony Sane) and ‘The Local Highlight Reel’ Bam Alan and ‘The Prince Of Chaos’ Dae Jamison Via Pinfall

As both Cease and Desist and Bam Alan and Dae Jamison were showboating, The Draw attacked. Before long, Bam and Dae flew over the ropes to take out everyone, showing what each was willing to do to win the tag team championships. Consistently throughout the match Hype Man targeted The Draw, taking this opportunity to gain some revenge against the men that have been targeting him and his tag partner for months. Just as Aaron James seemingly had the match won after superplexing Dae, it was broken up at the last possible moment by many of the matches’ participants, showing the difficulty of a multi team match like this. After a very fast paced, often chaotic contest, Hype Man picked up Phoenix and sent him crashing straight onto Bam to win the match and retain the championships for Cease and Desist.

After the match, a very surprising turn of events occurred as Dae snapped; he attacked his tag partner Bam Alan and then proceeded to attack his Collective brothers, Am-Po Tau-Fua and Lestat. Amongst the wreckage, Jamison stood next to Aaron James and Tony Sane and loudly proclaimed himself to be “The Draw”. A chorus of boos echoed out of the Richardson Building as the WVWF fans could not believe what they just saw.
