Turki Alalshikh, chairman of Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority (GEA), has released a new promotional video for WWE Crown Jewel 2026 as the event remains scheduled to take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on November 7.

The premium live event is set to emanate from Riyadh Season Stadium at King Abdullah Financial District. However, WWE’s plans to proceed with the show have drawn increased scrutiny amid multiple security alerts issued by the U.S. Embassy in Saudi Arabia.

The latest advisory directed non-emergency U.S. government personnel and family members of U.S. government employees to leave the country due to safety risks, raising further questions about the event’s status.

Despite the concerns, Crown Jewel 2026 remains on the calendar, and Alalshikh’s newly released promotional package continues to promote the upcoming WWE event.

WWE has faced criticism over the possibility of moving forward with the show amid the developing security situation. As of this writing, no official announcement has been made regarding a change to the event’s date or location.

Crown Jewel has become a regular fixture on WWE’s international premium live event schedule, with Saudi Arabia continuing to host major wrestling events as part of its broader sports and entertainment initiatives.
