Konnan will be inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame during Bound For Glory weekend.

The announcement was made prior to tonight’s TNA World Championship main event between champion Mike Santana and challenger Nic Nemeth.

Before the match, a video package aired featuring images and clips of Konnan and Santana from their time together in TNA as part of LAX. The package was framed around Santana writing a letter thanking Konnan for his influence, guidance and help throughout his career.

As the video came to a close, an image appeared on screen officially announcing Konnan as the newest inductee into the TNA Hall of Fame.
