Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide made a major announcement during tonight’s edition of WWE Backlash, officially revealing dates for this year’s Triplemania 34 celebration.

The promotion confirmed that Triplemania 34 will once again expand into a two night supershow format, with events scheduled for Friday, September 11 and Sunday, September 13.

The first night of the event on September 11 will take place at a location that has yet to be announced. Meanwhile, the second night on September 13 is set for Mexico City.

The announcement aired during WWE Backlash, further highlighting the growing working relationship between WWE and AAA following WWE’s acquisition of the Mexican promotion earlier last year.

Additional details regarding venues, match announcements, and ticket information for Triplemania 34 are expected to be revealed in the coming months.
