The National Wrestling Alliance is set to return to over-the-air television for the first time in more than 30 years through a new partnership with Sinclair Inc.’s Comet TV.

The deal brings NWA Powerrr back to broadcast TV under the leadership of Billy Corgan, president of the NWA and frontman of The Smashing Pumpkins.

The series will debut with a two-night premiere beginning May 1 at 10 p.m. in primetime, followed by a new episode May 2 at 4 p.m., with encore presentations both nights.

Following launch weekend, NWA Powerrr will air weekly on Saturdays at 4 p.m., with additional encores scheduled at midnight.
