Match One

WWE Men’s Evolve Championship Match:

Jackson Drake (Champion, With Swipe Right) Defeated ‘Super’ Sean Legacy Via Pinfall

The two young up and coming stars engaged in a very exciting and evenly matched sequence in the early moments of the match. Legacy was the first man to take control, hitting the champion with chops, dropkicks and multiple atomic drops. Unsurprisingly, the members of Swipe Right did what they could to utilize their numbers advantage; at one point tripping the ‘Super’ challenger which changed the contest’s momentum. After a highly competitive match where both men showed out, the champion hit Sean with a devastating gutbuster, draping knee to the neck and running knee combination to retain his championship.

Match Two

WWE Women’s Speed Championship Match:

Fallon Henley (With Fatal Influence)  Defeated Zaria Via Pinfall

The very motivated Zaria used her strength advantage and often overpowered Henley. Fallon implemented underhanded tactics to stay in the match, consistently trying to use the numbers advantage. Fatal Influence’s strategy to overwhelm Zaria was made worse by Sol Ruca’s very noticeable absence. Despite both women wrestling a very good match, the time limit would expire; leaving neither woman victorious and the championship still vacant. NXT GM Ava demanded there be a winner and made the match “sudden death”.  In the end, Fallon hit the powerhouse with a shining wizard and a ‘fameasser’ to become the new Women’s Speed Champion.

WWE Superstar John Cena announced the participants he selected for both ‘Iron Survivor’ matches at NXT Deadline. For the men’s match he picked: Je’Von Evans, Leon Slater, Joe Hendry, Dion Lennox and the winner of tonight’s main event either Trick Williams or Myles Borne. For the women’s match, Cena selected: Sol Ruca, Lola Vice, Kelani Jordan, Jordynne Grace and Kendal Grey.

Match Three

Triple Threat Match For The TNA Knockouts Championship:

Lei Ying Lee Defeated ‘The Juggernaut’ Jordynne Grace and Kelani Jordan (Champion) Via Pinfall

Right as the bell sounded, Kelani and Grace went after one another, continuing their animosity. Lee, refusing to be overlooked, attacked both her challengers utilizing her martial arts background. Kelani showed why is the champion when she hit a beautiful ‘Spanish Fly’ on Grace for a very near fall. The Juggernaut lived up to that name when she powerbombed Lee and Keani one after the other, sending both almost threw the mat, and coming extremely close to regaining her title. In the match’s final moments, Grace planted Kelani with a backfist and a spinning powerslam; incapacitating the champion. Right as it seemed like Jordynne was about to regain her gold, Lee came out of nowhere and struck Grace with a kick to the side of the head, which eliminated her from the match and cleared the way for Lei to cover the still knocked out Kelani and pick up the victory.

Backstage, Ava informed Fatal Influence that Jayne and Henley will be banned from ringside during  Reid’s Women’s Evolve Championship Match later in the evening.

Match Four

Women’s Evolve Championship Match:

Kendal Grey (Champion, With Wren Sinclair) Defeated Lainey Reid Via Pinfall

Grey wasted no time and attacked Reid the moment the bell rang. The champion got some revenge from her challengers previous disrespectful acts and tried everything she could to lock in an armbar. Reid fought back with stiff right hands, showing the Fatal Influence member’s mean streak. Unsurprisingly, Jayne and Fallon ignored Ava’s orders and tried to interfere on Reid’s behalf. Fortunately for the champion, Wren and Charlie Dempsey were there to even the odds. After a very hard hitting rough contest, Kendall hit her ‘Shades of Grey’ finisher and retained her championship

 Match Five

Winner Becomes The Last Man In The Iron Survivor Match At Deadline:

Myles Borne Defeated Trick Williams Via Pinfall

Williams and Borne traded stiff right hands and hard hitting maneuvers, in a fairly competitive exchange during the opening moments of this high stakes match. Vicious and frustrated, Trick increased the intensity, turning the match into a fight. Borne showed his resilience by staying in the match and hitting Trick with an atomic drop and an inverted backbreaker for a two count. After the two superstars hit duel neckbreakers, Borne hit two consecutive ‘Borne Again’ finishers to pick up the victory and become the fifth man in the Iron Survivor Match at NXT Deadline.
