In the statement, his family and team confirmed that Blue Demon Jr. is “stable within gravity” and that his condition has improved enough for doctors to transfer him out of the intensive care unit.

“Thanks to his progress, he will be discharged from the intensive care unit today to continue his recovery on the hospital floor,” the statement read.

The message expressed gratitude for the outpouring of support from fans and colleagues across the wrestling community:
