AAA Worlds Collide Results – September 12, 2025

AAA Worlds Collide delivered an action-packed night from The Pavillion in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Opening Ceremonies

The evening began with a celebration of culture as Aida Cuevas performed the Himno Mexicano Nacional and Lilian Garcia followed with The Star-Spangled Banner. Penta welcomed the crowd, promising a night honoring Mexican heritage. The Spanish announce team consisted of José Manuel Guillén, Marcelo Rodríguez, and Roberto Figueroa, while Corey Graves, Konnan, and JBL called the action in English.

Eight-Man Tag Team Match

Octagon Jr., Laredo Kid, La Parka, and Mascarita Sagrada scored the first victory of the night, defeating Lince Dorado, Abismo Negro, and the Latino World Order’s Joaquin Wilde and Cruz del Toro. The finish came when Mascarita Sagrada rolled up Abismo Negro for the surprise win.

Mysterio Family Drama

Backstage, Rey Mysterio shared his excitement for Worlds Collide in Las Vegas before being interrupted by “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio. Dominik claimed he would be the first Mysterio to hold the AAA Mega Championship and demanded Rey personally crown him if he won. Rey reluctantly agreed. Finn Balor then confronted Dominik, challenging him to prove himself on his own.

Reina de Reinas #1 Contender’s Match

Natalya earned a shot at the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship by defeating Faby Apache. A series of counters ended with Natalya reversing a roll-up for the pin. Afterward, tensions boiled over, with officials stepping in to prevent a post-match fight.

Six Man Tag Team Match

The New Day’s Kofi Kingston teamed with Grayson Waller, while Xavier Woods remained sidelined following multiple Mexican Destroyers from Penta. Before the match, Woods and Waller humorously lobbied to “ban the Mexican Destroyer.”

Psycho Clown and Pagano retained the AAA World Tag Team Championships, but the aftermath stunned the arena. The Wyatt Sicks (Uncle Howdy, Erick Rowan, Joe Gacy, Dexter Lumis, and Nikki Cross) made a shocking appearance, ambushing the champions. Pagano was driven through a table, Psycho Clown was powerbombed through another, and Uncle Howdy delivered a vicious Sister Abigail. The Wyatt Sicks left holding both the WWE and AAA tag titles high above their heads.

Charlotte Flair, Jacy Jayne, and Logan Paul were spotted among the fans during the broadcast, fueling speculation of future involvement.

Mixed Tag Team Match

Lola Vice and Mr. Iguana picked up a major upset, defeating Finn Balor and Roxanne Perez of Judgment Day. A chaotic match saw Demonito—the tiny iguana mascot—play mind games with Balor, and La Yesca deliver an assisted dive. Despite interference from Raquel Rodriguez, Lola Vice connected with her spinning back fist to secure the victory.

Latin American Championship

El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. successfully defended the AAA Latin American Championship in a four-way contest against JD McDonagh, Dragon Lee, and “All Ego” Ethan Page. The finish came when McDonagh accidentally knocked Page to the floor, allowing Wagner Jr. to hit the Wagner Driver for the win.

Main Event | AAA Mega Championship

In the highly anticipated main event, “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio dethroned El Hijo del Vikingo to capture the AAA Mega Championship. The chaotic bout featured outside interference from Finn Balor, JD McDonagh, Dragon Lee, and even Dominik’s mystery ally, El Grande Americano.

Despite Rey Mysterio running in to even the odds, Dominik ultimately used a loaded mask to headbutt Vikingo before hitting a frog splash for the three-count.

After the match, Dominik forced Rey to crown him as the new Mega Champion. With the belt around his waist, Dominik ordered his father out of the ring. Judgment Day, joined by El Grande Americano, celebrated to close the show as the new champion stood tall.
