WWE EVOLVE returned to Tubi on July 16th.
The results are as follows:
Tyra Mae Steele defeated Chantel Monroe & Kylie Rae (4:42)
The show kicked off with a high-energy Triple Threat match in the women’s division. Tyra Mae Steele stood tall over Chantel Monroe and the always popular Kylie Rae. Steele’s confidence and physicality were on full display, scoring the pinfall after hitting her patented spinning neckbreaker on Monroe. This win continues Steele’s momentum and puts her firmly in the conversation for a future title opportunity.
Jin Tala defeated Carlee Bright (w/ Kendal Grey) (3:16)
Despite the presence of Kendal Grey at ringside, Jin Tala overcame the odds against Carlee Bright. The bout was brief but hard-hitting, with Bright trying to use her agility and Grey’s distractions to gain an advantage. However, Tala’s discipline and striking precision allowed him to stay focused and connect with a devastating roundhouse kick for the win.
Edris Enofé defeated Tate Wilder (4:21)
Edris Enofé looked sharp as ever as he defeated Tate Wilder in singles action. Wilder brought his unorthodox style and unpredictability to the bout, but Enofé’s athleticism and ring IQ proved too much. A leaping DDT sealed the deal for Enofé, who continues to build his case as one of EVOLVE’s top breakout stars.
EVOLVE Title Match | Jackson Drake (c) defeated Lince Dorado (9:54)
In the evening’s main event, the EVOLVE Champion Jackson Drake successfully defended his title against lucha libre veteran Lince Dorado in an exhilarating contest. Dorado dazzled with his aerial offense, keeping the champion on the defensive for much of the match. However, Drake’s power-based offense and relentless resilience paid off late in the bout. After countering a shooting star press, Drake planted Dorado with the Drake Driver to secure the win and retain his title.
