Seth Rollins suffered a legitimate knee injury during his bout with LA Knight, an incident that forced a change to the match outcome in real time.

According to a report from PWInsider’s Mike Johnson, Rollins was originally booked to defeat Knight on Saturday’s card. However, plans were altered on the fly after Rollins tweaked his knee mid-match, prompting officials to pivot and award the victory to Knight instead.

Fans watching live noticed Rollins visibly favoring his leg late in the match. Shortly after Knight delivered his finishing move, the BFT, Rollins remained on the mat and required assistance post-match. While some speculated the situation might be a storyline injury, PWInsider confirmed that multiple WWE sources believe the injury is legitimate.

As of now, there is no word on the severity of Rollins’ condition. WWE has yet to release an official statement, and Rollins himself has not commented publicly.
