Monterrey, Mexico – June 9, 2025 — Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide is loading up the card for its June 15 spectacle, Triplemanía Regia 2025, with high-stakes title bouts and star-studded trios action set to unfold at Estadio Mobil Super.

Headlining the event is a blockbuster AAA World Tag Team Championship match, which now includes a surprise international addition. Nic and Ryan Nemeth, known for their work in AEW and the independent circuit, have officially been inserted into the already chaotic championship showdown. They’ll challenge current titleholders Forastero & Sansón and two powerhouse duos: Psycho Clown & Pagano and the reunited Angel Garza & Berto (formerly WWE’s Angel and Humberto Carrillo).

This four-way tag bout promises to blend high-flying chaos, rugged brawling, and North American star power, as AAA continues to embrace global crossovers and unpredictable action at its biggest events.

More Marquee Matches Announced

In addition to the high-profile tag title collision, AAA has revealed several other featured matches:

  • Legends and Rising Stars Collide:
La Parka, Laredo Kid, and Octagón Jr. will take on Abismo Negro Jr., Taurus, and Histeria in a trios clash that bridges generations of lucha libre. Expect hard strikes, aerial artistry, and maybe even a little chaos outside the ring.
  • Reina de Reinas Championship Triple Threat:
Lady Flammer, AAA’s reigning Reina de Reinas Champion, defends her title in a triple threat match against Dalys and Lady Shani. With three of Mexico’s most dominant female stars in one ring, this promises to be one of the night’s most competitive and hard-hitting contests.
  • Trio Showcase of Styles:
Fan favorites Mr. Iguana, El Fiscal, and Niño Hamburguesa will face the international threat of SB Kento, Takuma, and Nobu San in what’s shaping up to be a fun yet fierce six-man tag. Expect charisma and chaos from both teams.

The Road to Triplemanía Continues

Triplemanía Regia is one of AAA’s cornerstone events, often serving as a proving ground for future title contenders, international partnerships, and storyline shifts. With the Nemeth brothers’ debut in AAA and multiple top-tier bouts on deck, June 15 promises to deliver an explosive night of lucha libre in Monterrey.

Stay tuned for results and fallout as AAA heads deeper into the summer with momentum.
